NEW CLUB FORMING 2010....IT'S CALLED U.F.P'S CLUB....UNFINISHED PROJECTS CLUB...FIRST MEETING.....JAN. 10TH...or JAN 12TH...This club is forming to help all of us (me included) to get some of those uncompleted projects finished.  We will start with 6 UFP's at our first meeting...I will form a list of the six you have chosen and keep it here at the store...As each UFP is completed I will mark it off the list and give you a store credit coupon to use any time during the year 2010 to use in the store (you may also accumulate coupons and use them all at once or individually)....I will open the store one Sunday a month( 10-4)  and the secod Tuesday night (5-9) a month for you to come and work on your UFP's  at no charge...Each time you complete a UFP you may bring another in to add to the list....there is no limit to the amount of UFP's you complete during the year 2010...Again, each completed UFP will entitle you to a $10.00 store credit/coupon....membership fee for this club is a one time 2010 fee of $10.00...to be collected when you bring in your 6 UFP quilts on Jan 10, 2010....OR Jan. 12th ....I  Hope to see many of you January 10th or Jan. 12th......and let's get these UFP's DONE!!!!

Fig Tree & Co. Club: 4th Fridays beginning October 23, 5:30 - ??. This exclusive club from Joanna Figueroa of Fig Tree Designs is her first club, opened only to a selected few - and we were fortunate enough to be included. We only have 12 openings . This requires a year long commitment starting in October on the 4th Friday night of each quarter. Each club project is designed to use with her new lines of Moda precut fabrics and are simple lap quilts, home dec and other fun projects.  The July 2010 meeting will be a Sunday brunch project. The club fee is $5 per quarter.  Remember: space is limited so sign up soon. www.figtreequilts.com

Third Saturday Sew Club:   Meets every third Saturday.... includes 4 retreats a year. It's Fresh!  It's New!  It's 3rd Saturday Sew Club!   Join in the fun - sewing starts at 9:00 am.  We'll have a little share time (new fabrics, notions, ideas, show & tell) then stay the day and sew as late as we wish.   Four fun retreats a year held January, April, July and October - each retreat is Saturday and Sunday. Dues are $30 per quarter. 

Friday Nite PIZZA & Sew Fun:  Every First Friday - includes pizza and salad.  5-9 PM, $15.00.  Every quarter we introduce a new quilt pattern (optional)...   Pizza, Salad and Desserts are included - you provide your own drink.   If you choose to just come and sew and not eat...that's okay also.....Just deduct $10.00 from the fee....

Stitch and Giggle...Every Tuesday  9-3....open to all...$5.00

The Fine Art of Embroidery/Applique: Every Wednesday from 9-3 pm.     Beginners and experts welcome.  Better yet come and join the ladies every Wednesday for stitching and friendship and just pay the $5.00 each time you come to stitch.  OR

2ND SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH....10-4....$5.00....MACHINE OR HAND

Strip Club: 2nd Fridays each month, 5 pm 'til we're done. Projects are Jelly Roll friendly or use strips from your stash. Cost is only $5 a month.   There will be a quarterly project, but you are not obligated to the project, you may work on any quilt of your choice.

NEW.... 3rd Fridays of the month is QUILTING BEE CLUB from 5-9 pm. $5.00 - THIS night is dedicated to those of you wanting to do a Civil War type quilt...i.e. "Dear Jane", "Farmers Wife" "Alliance", "Elm Creek Quilts" etc.   The project will be your choice....Come and join...
